The cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-way buffet) volition sell popular food items from iii iconic Hong Kong F&B brands: Hoover Cake Shop, Kam Kee Cafe and Tak Hing Fish Ball Company.
From Hoover Cake Shop, you can enjoy two types of egg tarts: a puff pastry and a butter cookie type. The puff pastry version is said to exist similar to a croissant but with flakier layers, while the butter cookie has a house crust.
